Dear AGÜ Members,
The Call for Staff Training Mobility has been announced.
All academic and administrative staff members who wish to participate in Staff Training Mobility must submit their applications through the online portal at https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr. Applications will be accepted between 22 June 2026, 08:30 and 10 July 2026, 17:30.
IMPORTANT:
- All academic and administrative staff members wishing to participate in this mobility programme can apply without a letter of acceptance. However, if you are selected as a main candidate, you must submit your letter of acceptance to the Erasmus Office by the deadline determined by the Erasmus Commission. Otherwise, your right to participate in the Erasmus mobility programme will be transferred to reserve candidates.
- Staff members who have obtained a letter of acceptance must take into account the Commission’s decision-making process and schedule the start date of their mobility for a date after the Commission’s decision has been announced.
- You may apply to only one of the following calls: Staff Teaching Mobility or Staff Training Mobility. Note: If you apply for both mobility programmes, only the application that you prioritize in the TurnaPortal system will be considered.
- This call is intended for our projects numbered 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000315770 and 2025-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000315777.
- Estimated Number of Staff Members to Receive Erasmus Funding: 8.
